We believe that ongoing training is a key factor to maintaining a competent workforce. Our online ‘MWF Training’ programme ensures that Health & Safety basics are well understood; asbestos awareness, first aid, as well as more specific fire modules for engineers and legislation training for office based staff.

We also offer a 24 hour call out service for any urgent problems that may occur with our customers’ fire alarm services during out of office hours. If you require a call out, please call our out of hours number 0844 736 2519.

Where is MW Fire based
Based in the UK, our headquarters and registered address is in Aylesbury. A second office in Carlisle covers the north of England and Scotland.
What are the hours of business
We are always open to existing clients using our 24 hour call out service. However, normal office hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm.

Do you provide fire extinguishers.
Yes, and we also offer a full maintenance scheme for servicing your fire extinguishers. It is a requirement to keep them in good working order and this can only be done with regular maintenance by trained professionals. Please do enquire further using the details on the contact page and we will be only too pleased to advise.
